My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room felt more like a budget motel than a resort spa, with minimal decor and a lack of basic amenities. The loud air conditioner added to the discomfort. I really expected more for the price I paid, especially considering other options in the area. I wouldn't recommend it unless significant improvements are made.
